MEDIA VACANCIES: APPLY TODAY

Would you like to get involved with Kent’s best Women’s football team? As the club returns to the FA Women’s Premier League Southern, we at Gillingham Ladies FC are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the current off field team to fill the following positions;

  • Match Day Media Assistant

We are looking for a volunteer to join the current media team and provide assistance on match day to help continue and enhance our current coverage of Gillingham Ladies Football Club. Roles would include getting involved with a range of actives that happen on a matchday, from writing reports, interviewing management and players. Providing work to help the clubs media coverage online and in press. 

  • Match Day Photographer

We are looking for a photographer to cover match day, take photos of the match day mascots/sponsors in build up to the match action. Providing images to the media team for reports, interviews and all other online and print content.

  • Match Day Videographer

We are looking for a volunteer to record our home matches for our YouTube highlights and interview channel, FAWPL.tv and for management analysis. Own equiptment and editing experience is required.

These roles would preferably interest someone looking to further their media background, such as a media student or someone looking to gain valuable experience working in one of the top Ladies football club in county, this is not a requirement and we will look at all applications to the voluntary positions. Applicants must be available for home match day Sundays and occasional midweek fixtures.
