Gills fundraising event…this Friday 15th November

Ex West Ham & Liverpool hard man Julian Dicks is coming to Medway in an Question and Answer evening at the Village Sports & Social Community Club, hosted by Gillingham Ladies Football Club.

So pencil Friday 15th November into your diaries to hear from the man who tussled with Roy Keane, played under managers Harry Redknapp, Billy Bonds and Greame Souness.

Julian Dicks is a cult legend at Upton Park where he had two spells as a player, playing over 250 times for the Hammers. His career had it all – crucial goals, red cards, a career ending injury and being told that’s his hair cut was the reason not to of been picked for England.

Now Julian Dicks is going to spill the beans in an evening of insight into the professional footballer’s world.

Julian has played for Birmingham City, West Ham United and Liverpool, he also been capped for England at U21 and B team Level.
